DOBOT CR5S cobot (SafeSkin)

The Dobot CR5S is a versatile and advanced robotic arm designed to automate various tasks and processes. Equipped with SafeSkin for pre-collision detection, CR5S allows for efficient human-machine collaboration.

The improved second-generation SafeSkin technology offers advanced features including enhanced non-contact detection with a range of 15cm and a highly effective 10ms response time, allowing for higher speed of operations between human-machine from 0.25/s to 1m/S. It also reduces collision damage by 90% at high operating speeds.

It can be used for tasks such as pick and place operations, assembly, 3D printing, CNC milling, laser engraving, screwdriving, bin picking and more, to meet the needs of consumer electronics, semiconductor, food and beverage, metal processing and healthcare industries.

The Dobot CR5 is designed with user-friendly features to ensure ease of use and programming. It offers multiple programming options, including a graphical interface (like scratch), scripting using programming languages (LUA) or API(C, C#, Python, Kotlin...), and the ability to teach the robot by manually moving it. This makes it accessible to users with different levels of expertise. In addition, it can be controlled with smartphones, tablets, and computers.

The entire installation process takes approximately 20 minutes, and the Dobot CR5S can be fully operational within an hour.
