Complete Motoman Arc welding cell, suitable for arc welding of large parts allowing short welding cycles consisting of:
- Two Motoman 6 axis model UP20 industrial robots, 1685 mm horizontal arm reach, with XRC controller arc welding robots working syncronized (TWIN CONFIGURATION)
- Motoman RM2-500 SX 3 axis servocontrolled positioner (loading and unloading station, 180º automatic turn), 3500 mm length and 500 kg loading capacity.
- SKS power source, water cooled, 400 A power
- Torch cleaning station
