ABB welding cell, eight axis consisting of:

- 1 x IRB1400 M2004 six axis industrial robot with IRC5 controller, 1,5 m arm reach and 5 kg payload.

- 1 x IRBP 250R welding positioner H shape (automatic load and unloading station), 250 kg, 1.6 m between head and tail and 0.40 m width clearance for the parts to be welded

- 1 x Fronius CMT cold metal transfer or TPS4000 liquid cooled synergic power source

- Torch cleaning station

- Safety light barriers
